Job description
Visión y Compromiso seeks a Lead Promotora to conduct outreach, education, system navigation, and community engagement while supporting project work plans and team goals. The role builds relationships with community organizations and coordinates mentorship programs focused on diabetes prevention and management.
The position requires leadership in outreach and health education, fluency in English and Spanish, and flexibility for a per diem schedule with remote work and some local travel.
