Job description
Deckers Brands is seeking a Lead Recruiter - Product Creation to drive end-to-end recruitment for Product Management, Design, Product Development, Innovation, and Engineering across Footwear and Apparel Product Creation Teams.
You will partner with hiring leaders to develop strategies, build pipelines, and ensure a candidate-centric hiring process in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Remote in US with Pacific Time Zone preference.
