Job description
White Cap is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to drive operational excellence across manufacturing, distribution, and field locations. You will partner with site leadership to identify opportunities, deploy Lean methodologies, and improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Responsibilities include leading Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and coaching teams on lean principles, with a focus on sustainable adoption and KPI accountability.
