Job description
Illinois Legal Aid Online (ILAO) seeks a Legal Content Director to lead the Content Team in developing and governing high‑quality legal information. You will supervise five staff, align content with user needs, and collaborate across Product and Engagement teams to deliver accessible, actionable resources.
You will ensure legal accuracy, readability, accessibility, and consistency, while monitoring policy changes and optimizing content performance.
