Job description
Diversified is seeking a Legal Counsel to partner with sales, operations, procurement and leadership in a remote U.S. role.
You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements to support daily business while ensuring legal compliance. Based in the U.S., with preference for Eastern or Central time zones, you will advise on commercial, operational, governance matters, manage outside counsel, oversee corporate records, and contribute to risk mitigation and policy
