Position Overview

Work Environment
This position is conducted remotely, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and deliver personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to clients’ unique needs.
Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards of practice.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated delivery of care.
Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to consistently enhance the quality of care and treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to empower their journey towards wellness.
Stay updated with the latest research developments in mental health to continuously improve clinical knowledge and skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your work will primarily involve providing care to children and adolescents within the school setting, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will play a critical role in supporting students and families in overcoming barriers to learning and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations.
Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Proven capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience in school-based mental health settings, familiarity with IEP processes, and a background in working with children and families will be highly regarded. Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention techniques is also a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
