Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients, establishing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
Implement evidence-based solution-focused therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in our electronic health record system, contributing to the effective tracking of patient progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team composed of medical providers, therapists, and support staff to facilitate holistic patient care.
Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and self-management strategies to promote active participation in their treatment journey.
Stay informed on the latest mental health research, treatment methodologies, and industry developments to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing diverse mental health challenges. You will provide therapeutic support in a school setting, addressing behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, and social difficulties, among other issues. Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
