The Family and Couples Counseling and Well-being Center is actively seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our dedicated team remotely. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments while adhering to evidence-based practices.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
Maintain accurate and concise documentation, utilizing our streamlined electronic health record system to reduce paperwork burdens.
Engage in case consultations with colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Work diligently to build rapport with clients, facilitating a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our ideal candidates will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a myriad of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. We specifically cater to low-acuity clients, who have been screened for suitability, allowing our clinical staff to focus on effective treatment without the overwhelming pressures often associated with high-risk cases. This unique aspect of our clientele enables LCSWs to foster more in-depth and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
Qualifications
A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions on record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with fellow team members.
A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality in a remote setting.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a home-based work environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience managing an individual caseload, including the ability to prioritize client needs effectively.
Knowledge and practical experience with teletherapy platforms and client management systems.
Dual or multi-state licensure is a plus, providing greater flexibility in serving clients.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, successful candidates will be eligible for a generous sign-on bonus of $3000 upon seeing their first client within two weeks of completing their onboarding process.
