Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.
Deliver ongoing psychotherapy utilizing secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to ensure confidentiality and ease of access for clients.
Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment updates, and session notes to comply with ethical standards and Pennsylvania licensing requirements.
Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions, fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect.
Participate in optional clinical team meetings, providing and receiving insights to improve therapeutic practices.
Engage with peer consults and continuously seek opportunities for professional development, enhancing your clinical skills.
Collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including internal teams and external providers, to support client needs holistically.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse caseload of individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues related to life transitions. Your work will directly impact their mental well-being by offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique experiences and backgrounds.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Pennsylvania.
Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution.
2 years of post-licensure clinical experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in the application of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT.
Comfort with utilizing technology and telehealth platforms to provide effective therapy sessions.
Preferred Experience
Experience in working with a range of mental health issues, specifically in outpatient settings, is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to adapt treatment strategies based on client feedback and emerging needs.
Familiarity with telehealth technology and an understanding of the implications of remote therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with additional performance-based incentives and bonuses.
