Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and design individualized treatment plans using evidence-based solution-focused methodologies.
Provide tailored therapeutic interventions that address patient-specific needs, utilizing various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT).
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including direct communication with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists.
Participate in case consultations, peer reviews, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, facilitating workshops, and providing resources to navigate mental health challenges.
Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health to ensure the application of best practices in therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will engage with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clinic is committed to cultural competency, ensuring that treatment methods are respectful and effective for all clients.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in direct psychotherapy services.
Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a virtual team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
