Position Overview
Mice Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a remote, full-time counseling role. This position involves providing virtual therapy services to a diverse client base, enabling mental wellness and personal development. As a key member of our team, you will engage with a minimum of 25 clients weekly in a supportive virtual environment, making a significant impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support their mental health needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and regularly assessing client progress.
Utilize our integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for documentation, billing, and compliance to streamline administrative tasks.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external resources to coordinate client support and manage care.
Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and training opportunities offered by Mice Healthcare.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development initiatives that enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily serve adult clients (aged 18+), addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds, which may include specific focus groups such as the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health. Your cultural competence and experience in working with minority populations will enhance your effectiveness in addressing their unique needs.
Qualifications
A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy is essential.
Professional malpractice insurance is required.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and understanding of associated mental health challenges is a plus.
Background in addressing men's mental health issues is desirable but not mandatory.
Previous experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations, including ethnic minorities, is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
