Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique challenges, history, and treatment goals.
Provide tailored individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.
Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific objectives and track their progress toward healing.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards in client interactions.
Build strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust, empathy, and cooperation, encouraging clients to engage meaningfully in their recovery journey.
Regularly participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health care.
Utilize our electronic health record (EHR) system to document sessions, treatment progress, and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state.

Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities, with a strong emphasis on empathy and cultural competence.
Preferred Experience
