Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California
Location: Clovis, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do :
Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
Create personalized treatment plans and track progress
Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed
Stay current on best practices and continuing education
Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital tools
