Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a remote licensed clinician to deliver high-quality mental health care through virtual sessions. You will manage cases, write client notes, and schedule appointments within the platform, with optional AI tools to assist session prep and documentation.
Candidates must hold independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT), maintain malpractice insurance, reside in the USA, and have an NPI and CAQH.
