Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ individual mental health needs, collaborating with them to design personalized treatment plans that effectively address their challenges.
Deliver evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, carefully tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients.
Establish and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships by effectively communicating with clients, engaging them in goal-setting processes, and providing ongoing emotional support throughout their therapeutic journeys.
Utilize a wide array of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or solution-focused techniques, to maximize client engagement and treatment efficacy.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including maintaining comprehensive records of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
At Inner Bliss, you will work with a variety of clients, encompassing diverse backgrounds, ages, and mental health conditions. You will help individuals navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing access to mental health care that is often harder to reach due to geographical or personal barriers.
Qualifications
A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.
A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and an understanding of client experiences are essential traits for success in this role.

Preferred Experience
At least 2 years of professional experience in the mental health field, providing therapy services or counseling in various settings.
Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and familiarity with digital documentation systems.
A history of working with diverse populations and a keen interest in understanding multicultural perspectives on mental health.
Compensation and Benefits
At Inner Bliss, we offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload management and experience.
