Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed comprehensive assessments of clients through interviews and standardized evaluations to understand their mental health status and needs.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client, using a variety of therapeutic modalities based on best practices and individual client needs.
Provide individual therapy sessions, either via teletherapy for remote clients or in person when needed, employing evidence-based strategies to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.
Establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure accountability and adaptive treatment as per the evolving needs of clients.
Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops to stay abreast of new research and counseling techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a mental health counselor at Health Bridge, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a diverse array of emotional and psychological challenges. Your clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals identify their issues, set realistic goals for recovery, and achieve meaningful transformations in their lives.
Qualifications
Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with a variety of mental health issues, particularly trauma and anxiety disorders, is highly preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques will be advantageous as we offer virtual options to ensure accessibility for our clients. Prior experience in a clinical or community health setting will be considered a strong asset.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
