Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth platforms to assess clients' mental health needs and provide support.
Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual, considering their unique circumstances.
Implement therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients improve coping strategies and navigate life transitions.
Document all clinical interactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to industry standards and ethical guidelines.
Ensure client confidentiality at all times and engage in continuous professional development to remain compliant with licensure requirements.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and referrals when necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our mental health counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
A valid state licensure as a mental health counselor to practice within New York is essential.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document interactions.
Strong interpersonal skills to build therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Experience working with specific populations, such as young adults or individuals in crisis, is a plus.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing clinical documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
