Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions through secure video conferencing or phone calls, utilizing telehealth software designed for optimal client engagement.
Assess clients' mental health needs by conducting thorough evaluations, leading to accurate diagnoses and the formulation of personalized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.
Guide clients in enhancing their coping mechanisms and resilience while navigating life changes, such as grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
Maintain precise clinical documentation in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards and providing a clear pathway for treatment continuity.
Uphold and reinforce confidentiality standards as outlined by HIPAA, continually engaging in training and professional development on ethical practices in telehealth.
Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients needing multi-faceted support.
Patient Population / Client Focus
We serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges and differing socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications
A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.

Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges between USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus.
