Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, establishing personalized and actionable treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, adapting sessions to meet each client's specific therapeutic needs.
Collaborate actively with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support, resources, and guidance throughout the course of treatment.
Employ various therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that interventions are tailored to individual preferences.
Maintain strict adherence to documentation protocols by accurately recording therapy sessions and tracking client progress in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications
A current and valid license is required as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
