Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using diverse communication methods tailored to their needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clinical assessments and accommodate individual client goals.
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment progress using our secure online system.
Stay engaged with the latest therapeutic practices and provide clients with evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with colleagues in an extensive peer community to share insights, answer questions, and enhance therapeutic techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our client base comprises adults facing low-acuity mental health challenges. You will work primarily with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, weight disorders, and those seeking grief counseling. We prioritize the well-being of our therapists and clients by ensuring that only stable, low-risk patients are referred to our platform, allowing you to focus on delivering effective care.
Qualifications
Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Full independent licensure with no disciplinary actions: options include LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology—working PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).
Preferred Experience
Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy settings preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated expertise in treating adult populations with the specified mental health conditions.
Familiarity with online therapeutic tools and digital health platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your availability and hours worked. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus and a monthly benefits stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring your financial and professional needs are well supported.
