Insightful Futures Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. This full-time remote position offers licensed mental health professionals the opportunity to provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients through a telehealth platform. With a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, our LPCs play a vital role in fostering client emotional health and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' needs.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples to address various mental health concerns.
Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively engage clients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's mental health are addressed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to stay current with the latest trends and research in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our counselors work with a diverse client base including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance use disorders. As a member of Insightful Futures Counseling, you will play an instrumental role in creating tailored interventions that resonate with the unique experiences of each client.
Qualifications
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is required.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling, particularly in clinical settings.
Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards affecting mental health practitioners.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Experience collaborating with a healthcare team and familiarity with EMR software is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, and substance use treatment is highly desirable.
A proactive approach to professional development, keeping abreast of developments in therapeutic practices.
Experience with culturally competent care and understanding of the unique challenges faced by various communities.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by workload and relevant experience.
