Key Responsibilities
Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments, ensuring the creation of tailored treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups grounded in scientific principles and therapeutic best practices.
Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to address the unique needs of each client.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—comprising psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers—to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.
Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.
Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications.
