Job description
CorVel Corporation is seeking a Lien Specialist to work with the Claims Adjuster and Manager to facilitate expedited closure of claim files, negotiate and resolve medical treatment liens, and participate in WCAB litigation as needed. This is a remote position.
The role involves reviewing claim files, contacting lien claimants, drafting hearing packets, attending hearings (remote or in-person), and drafting pleadings while complying with safety and IIPP policies.
