If you're willing to learn, your background matters much less than you might think.The Role ItselfYou'll work inbound and warm leads exclusively — every client already requested information about life insurance coverage before you ever spoke with them. Full training and ongoing mentorship support you through the learning curve, and access to a network of more than 60 carriers means you're never limited to a single product line regardless of what actually fits the client.Earning Potential100% commission, uncapped. Average $800 to $1,200 per policy.
