Job description
Zohorecruit is seeking a leadership-driven recruiter with an active Life Insurance License to build and scale a productive downline in Shreveport. You will coach agents, recruit, and drive team development using our funded infrastructure and exclusive lead systems.
You will lead initiatives across Final Expense, Term, IULs, and Annuities, while expanding agency equity and overrides. This role offers uncapped commission and equity participation for top builders.
