What You Lead:
Agent coaching, sales training, and team development

High-intent inbound call and search lead systems
Who Should Apply
Active Life Insurance License with a proven track record of personal production.
Experience selling Final Expense, Term, IUL, or Annuities.
Demonstrated leadership ability or an existing team of producers looking for higher contract levels and infrastructure.
Strong drive to build long-term contractual override income and agency equity.
This is an uncapped, commission-based leadership opportunity offering top-tier contract levels up to 155%, agency overrides, performance bonuses, and equity participation for qualified builders.
