You'll start with the fundamentals — what different policy types actually do, how to have an honest conversation about a family's needs, and how to handle the objections that come up naturally in these calls. From there, you move into live calls with a mentor available to help when things get complicated.A Realistic Look at PayFull-time agents here regularly land in the $80,000 to $300,000 range in their first year — that's not a hypothetical top performer's number, that's the realistic full-time range once someone is consistently working the system. Part-time agents, putting in fewer hours weekly, typically land $50,000+ in year one.
