Job description
NTT DATA seeks a Customer Care Associate to provide frontline service to life insurance policyholders, agents and internal customers. This remote role requires residence in the continental United States and availability Monday–Friday 7:00 am–7:00 pm Central Time, with potential Saturday shifts.
You will handle 75–100 calls daily, process policy updates and premium changes, review documents for completeness, and ensure data accuracy while meeting CSAT and SLA targets.
