Our culture is mission-driven, collaborative, and innovative — grounded in Relationships First, Data-Driven decision making, and Accountability in delivering unbiased, high-quality guidance to every member we serve.As we expand our product offerings, we're seeking a Life Insurance Sales Representative to help us serve clients with final expense life insurance solutions.Role OverviewAs a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will help clients — primarily seniors and their families — secure affordable life insurance coverage designed to ease the financial burden of end-of-life expenses. Working primarily via phone with company-provided leads, you will guide clients through their options with compassion, clarity, and expertise. This role requires someone who can build trust quickly, have sensitive conversations skillfully, and consistently convert leads into issued policies while meeting compliance standards.What You'll DoServe as a trusted advisor to clients navigating final expense life insurance options, helping them make confident, informed decisionsConduct thorough needs assessments via phone to understand each client's coverage goals, budget, and health profileEducate clients on final expense whole life products, policy features, underwriting tiers, and coverage amountsMatch clients with the most suitable carrier and product based on their unique situationGuide clients through the application and underwriting process with care, accuracy, and personalized supportBuild meaningful relationships through empathetic, solutions-focused conversations — especially with seniors and their familiesWork a consistent pipeline of company-provided leads with urgency and professionalismConsistently meet or exceed individual sales goals while tracking activity and pipeline in the CRMStay current on state insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirementsAccurately document all sales and service activities in the CRM systemCollaborate with managers, trainers, and team members to sharpen skills and contribute to team goalsSupport additional duties and special projects as neededRequirementsActive Life & Health Insurance License (required)2–3 years of life insurance sales experience; final expense experience a strong plusDemonstrated ability to have empathetic, trust-building conversations with senior clientsComfort working a phone sales environment with company-provided leadsStrong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred)Excellent verbal communication skills — clear, warm, and consultativeBilingual a plusWhy Join Connie Health?Base salary plus bonus — competitive total compensationCompany-provided leads — no cold prospecting requiredGenerous vacation policy and paid holidaysComprehensive health insurance coverage401(k) with company matchA collaborative, mission-driven, and innovative cultureRemote work flexibility and growth opportunitiesWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
