Job description
YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney on a contract basis to contribute expertise for training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. You will review complex litigation and transactional documents, draft provisions, and provide structured legal feedback.
The role requires strong experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy, with excellent research and writing skills for remote collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
