We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an *Attorney (3+ years experience)* to handle *criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation matters in Iowa*.

This is a *primarily remote position*, with *in-person court appearances as needed in your local area (Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, or nearby courts)*.

*What You’ll Do*
* Handle a caseload in *criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation* based on your background
* Attend court locally as required
* Manage cases with administrative and legal support
* Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy
*Who We’re Looking For*
* *3+ years of experience* in *criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, or a combination*
* Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission)
* Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence
* Strong communication and organizational skills
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *$100,000 – $150,000 base salary*, based on experience and production
* Compensation tied to your *chosen billable target*
* *10% origination bonus* on collected revenue
