Job description
We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (3+ years experience) to handle criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation matters in Iowa .
This is a primarily remote position , with in-person court appearances as needed in your local area (Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, or nearby courts) .

What You'll Do
Handle a caseload in criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation based on your background
Attend court locally as required
Manage cases with administrative and legal support
Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy
Who We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, or a combination
Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission)
Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000 – $150,000 base salary , based on experience and production
Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
10% origination bonus on collected revenue
