Job description
Axiom is seeking a Market Access Attorney to advise Life Sciences clients on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing matters. This remote (U.S.) role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape access strategies while mitigating legal risk.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of legal experience in pharma, strong regulatory knowledge (FDA, FDCA, AKS, False Claims Act), and a proven track record drafting and negotiating market access agreements. JD required.
