PadSplit, Inc. is seeking a Head of Market Growth to own strategy and execution for launching and scaling new markets.
You will create exceptional experiences for hosts and members, build a national/local vendor ecosystem, and establish a growth flywheel that drives long-term expansion. You will lead cross-functional teams, design repeatable playbooks, and drive partnerships that unlock rapid market penetration while maintaining high quality.
