Job description
UnitedHealthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is hiring a Care Manager in North Carolina. The role coordinates care for pediatric and maternity populations within an Integrated Care Model, with field visits up to 25% and remote flexibility within NC.
You will assess, plan and implement care, refer to services, communicate with stakeholders, advocate for members, and ensure timely services. A valid NC RN license and travel are required.
