Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and document mechanical components and systems using advanced 3D CAD software.
Perform complex engineering calculations and simulations, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis.
Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials for manufacturing.
Collaborate effectively with remote team members through virtual communication tools and project management platforms.
Contribute to design reviews, providing constructive feedback and innovative solutions.
Ensure designs meet performance requirements, cost targets, and safety standards while maintaining a high level of quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
Expert proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and simulation tools.
Demonstrated experience with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
