Job description
SCAN is a nonprofit health organization delivering comprehensive, person-centered care for older adults in the U.S. We seek a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight of program teams, serving as an active medical provider.
You will direct a multi-disciplinary team, track outcomes, and participate in quality initiatives while supporting telehealth, home visits, and complex care management across the care continuum.
