Job description
Highmark Health in York, PA is seeking a Records Specialist to request and obtain medical records from providers to support accurate documentation and risk-adjusted revenue for the organization.
You will contact provider offices, coordinate efficient retrieval methods, and ensure records are securely stored in organizational repositories in a manner compliant with HIPAA and PHI protection. Travel to provider offices or Highmark campuses may be required.
