Job description
Piedmont HealthCare PA is seeking a Medication Access & Adherence Specialist to support timely medication access and improve patient outcomes. You will manage prior authorization processes and proactively engage patients to promote adherence through outreach, education, and follow-up.
The role reports to the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Manager and involves coordination with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurers to resolve access barriers and ensure timely therapy.
