Job description
Concept Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tier 3 Support Engineer for FAA Infrastructure & Operations. You will provide white-glove Tier 3 support to FAA executives and staff, handling Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and related collaboration tools across a large enterprise.
The role involves incident ownership, escalation coordination with vendors and internal teams, and ongoing documentation and scripting to improve workflows.
