Job description
Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a remote-eligible Branch Manager for the Tampa, FL area to lead a busy mortgage office. You will oversee sales, recruiting, administration and staff supervision while aligning with leadership on strategy and growth.
The role centers on active production, pipeline management and strong client networking. You bring a minimum 2 years of Branch Manager experience, deep knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs, and hands-on use of Encompass and Velocify.
