Job description
Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Change Business Partner for a 12-month project, remotely in the US with travel across sites. You will lead people-side change across manufacturing operations, enabling adoption of standard costing, cost control, and margin visibility while supporting ERP-driven transformation.
The role requires deep manufacturing experience, ERP change facilitation, and ability to drive behavioural adoption of new costing processes.
