Job description
MedWatchers seeks MTM Pharmacists to join our clinician-led team in Glendale (Los Angeles). You will begin onsite for training, with a path to remote work as programs scale.
This full-time role covers comprehensive medication reviews, patient education, identifying adherence barriers, collaborating with pharmacies, prescribers, and health plans, and documenting interventions to improve outcomes; you will work within HIPAA guidelines and ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
