Job description
Syntrillo is a digital health company focusing on secondary stroke prevention and neurological care. We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a 100% remote role serving patients in Virginia with flexible scheduling, offering part-time or full-time options (25–40 hours per week).
The role requires an active Virginia NP license and a current FNP certification through AANPCB or ANCC, with prior neurology or outpatient primary care/preventative care experience preferred.
