Job description
Affinity Consulting Group is seeking an experienced nonprofit corporate transactional attorney to join our client’s boutique practice. This is a client-facing, senior role handling governance, contracts, and organizational matters for tax-exempt organizations.
The position is remote for someone located in the New York City vicinity; candidates may work from NYC or within four hours of NYC with occasional NYC meetings.
