Job description
Wendy's is seeking a District Operations leader to manage daily district operations, driving sales, profits, customer satisfaction and HR objectives while adhering to company policies and ethical practices.
Expect to oversee staffing, scheduling, digital ordering adoption, local marketing, and product roll-outs. You will conduct monthly business reviews, monitor food and labor costs, and coach managers to deliver high-quality guest experiences across a multi-restaurant district.
