Job description
CVS Health is seeking a experienced Registered Nurse to join our telephonic case management team. This full-time remote role supports members across the United States, collaborating with care teams to assess needs and coordinate benefits.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of RN practice, including hospital experience, and holds an active multi-state license or state-specific licenses. Oncology experience and URAC-related familiarity are preferred.
