We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support to our clients and their families.Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Nurse Consultant to join our team. As a Remote Nurse Consultant, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide expert guidance and support in managing their health care needs. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health care needs and develop individualized care plans- Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of clients' health status and make necessary adjustments to care plans- Educate clients and their families on disease management, medication management, and other health-related topics- Collaborate with other health care professionals, such as physicians and therapists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care- Serve as a resource and advocate for clients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in senior care to continuously improve our services- Utilize telehealth technology to conduct virtual consultations with clients and their families- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records- Participate in team meetings and trainings to share knowledge and expertise with colleaguesQualifications:- Active nursing license in good standing- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on senior care- Strong assessment and care planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively- Proficiency with technology and ability to conduct virtual consultations- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors and their families- Willingness to travel for occasional in-person visits with clients (if needed)- Availability to work full-time, Monday-Friday during regular business hoursBenefits:- Competitive salary- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) retirement plan- Paid time off and holidays- Professional development opportunities- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from homeIf you are a compassionate and experienced nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Absolute Elder Care.
