Job description
Trilogy Federal seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) SME to support a large federally funded program. This role demands leadership in OCM activities, stakeholder engagement, and governance across multiple teams.
It is a fully remote position with occasional onsite requirements in Arlington, VA or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in OCM for Momentum implementations, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
