Job description
Thyme Care, Inc. is seeking a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator based in Nashville to support cancer patients through care transitions. In this role, you'll perform clinical assessments, coordinate care, and educate members about their treatment. You will also ensure culturally competent care and handle clinical escalations.
